Nail tech was rude and disregarded the way I wanted my nails done. After constantly trying to tell her how the design should be, she became agitated as she stated she knew exactly how to do the design the correct way and proceeded to do my nails her way while placing nails that were obviously too big for my actual nails. No discounts were given for the incompetence nor were apologies said. I will NEVER return to this establishment. This place doesn’t even deserve the 1 star it was given.

Me and my two daughters went for mani/pedis. I spoke for us and told them we all wanted the basic pedis. The workers asked and changed the order to a more expensive pedi. And I kept clarifying no, we all want basic pedis. We all three sat together and enjoyed our time together. But as it was nearing time to move to the mani- tables, they took my daughters to one side and me to the other side of the store. My daughters had never been so they didn’t really know that they had to keep correcting any sell-ups and be clear and insistant with their instructions. The workers conveniently ‘didn’t speak very good English’ (or so they want you to believe) so they very quickly had my daughters confused. The workers ended up doing tips when my daughters did not order them. Their totals were right at $100/each while mine was $67. I knew what I wanted and refused when they kept trying to stear me to a different (more expensive) manicure. Looking back it was pretty obvious this was done intentionally. These stores are a dime a dozen, but this one may be worth a nickle with their dirty tactics.

The only reason I’m leaving a single star is due to the level of attention the young man gave to my pedi. He was outstanding. The lady that serviced my nails, however, was remarkably rude and outlandish. After showing her a photo on my phone of the nails that I wanted, she said she could do them. I kept clarifying the color scheme to her although she said she was sure of what I wanted. After having my nails done the INCORRECT shape and putting on nails larger than the nail bed, she then proceeded to put on the WRONG COLOR and got upset and kept going back and forth with me with the color although SHE CLARIFIED she understood the color scheme. Afterwards, she kept being rude towards me and asking if I was sure she was doing what I wanted before they were cured. At that point, I was over and beyond the experience. She provided no discount nor apologies for her ineptitude. I will not be frequenting this business again.

Will never comeback here again me and my two friends came to get our nails and toes done i told This lady regular pedicure five times and she went on her own and gave me and my friends a deluxe pedicure. My other friend was getting her nails done and when she got them done dude keep doing two different colors and also caught a attitude tryna rush and pay after she had told him her stuff wasn’t right multiple times, he also thought she was about to leave when she wasn’t and he caught a attitude again. I have never had a bad experience at a nail salon until now. I went in on Saturday morning to get a full in of pink and white. First they didnt have the pink that was used on my nails when I got my last fill in in January. They told me that the young man that did my nails last time that he must have mixed the colors and that he doesn’t work there anymore. In the end my nails were not done right, there were spots of white throughout the pink, and the lady nail tech(an older woman with glasses) 2as very rough with my hands. Then at the end she tells me that my hand is very hard to work with and that rubbed me the wrong way bc I’ve never had a nail tech say that to me. I had an accident on my hand about 9 yrs ago and I never had an issue going to the nail salon until now. Because of this I will never go to Serenity Nails and Spa ever again. No one should be treated the way I was treated. That nail tech gave me the worst experience ever!!!!!
