Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went with my mom and grandmother, and we made an appointment for 11 a.m. It took an hour for me to be seen, as I was first as I wanted acrylics as well as a pedicure. I was very rushed and honestly felt very uncomfortable. The attitude of my nail tech was very rude, I asked for shorter and he refused, and when I went over to the nail table I forgot my shoes, and my nail tech mocked me over it with the other nail tech? still in english, who was working on my mom. My nails weren’t close to the nail bed, and looked grown out within a couple of days. They also bubbled in spots because the clear coat was so thick and he barely gave them time to dry, consistently pulling my hand out and tapping the nails to make sure they were dry enough. I went with my mom and grandmother, and we made an appointment for 11 a.m. It took an hour for me to be seen, as I was first as I wanted acrylics as well as a pedicure. I was very rushed and honestly felt very uncomfortable. The pedicure was decent but definitely was not the best I have had and was completed hurriedly with less than friendly attitude. For nails I wanted dip powder, with tips, with an ombre pink color. I was told he could not do ombre with dip which seemed strange as I know other salons do it. I then asked if I could just get tips in a French manicure and he said yes. He then said he could do French manicure with just my nails. The less then friendly mannerisms through this whole process made me just want to get it out of there and I told him that’s fine.He then cut off what nails I had (which I didn’t ask for short nails) and proceeded to dip. Also there was no soaking or care given to cuticles for the manicure. I left with a bloody finger and the worst looking nails I have ever had. I am seriously not hard to please. This is the first time I have used this salon and I was so disappointed and this is the first time I have ever left a negative review. The pedicure was decent but definitely was not the best I have had and was completed hurriedly with less than friendly attitude. For nails I wanted dip powder, with tips, with an ombre pink color. They were insistent it was my fault since I didn’t remember the number, and didn’t believe me when I said what the color name was. Then they filled it in with a color that did not even closely match, so they took off the entire polish in general. After checking colors so I could try to find the best match, they very rudely told me they didn’t have time to keep checking colors and that I needed to decide on one and keep it (even though they didn’t listen to the color I said and put on what they wanted). My nails chipped after two days. I was told I could come in and they would fix it. They were very rude to me because I only remembered the name of the color and not the number associated with it. They were insistent it was my fault since I didn’t remember the number, and didn’t believe me when I said what the color name was. He filed them down so much you can actually see the nail bed. My fingers are swollen and I will not be coming back here. Brandon acted extremely unprofessional. I had to take my nails off today my fingers were hurting so bad. After taking them off I saw just how close Brandon filed my natural nail. He filed them down so much you can actually see the nail bed. My fingers are swollen and I will not be coming back here. Brandon acted extremely unprofessional. He cussed and complained about how busy the place was. I think he manages the building because he kept getting up and leaving me at the table to tend to other things. Very unprofessional

I could’ve probably painted my nails as poorly as she did.My granddaughter had a design she picked the lady said she couldn’t do it, didn’t offer to see if another tech could do it. She didn’t get gel because she doesn’t like the heat from the uv lights (she’s 7) they put her under the regular fan, I felt her nails They were dry she put her shoes on one nail lost the entire polish, I went and told the tech and she ask me if I wanted it fixed? I was like well yes I do! They tried to make me pay separately and I told them I was paying with a card so I would pay for both of us. After her redone nail dried and she put her shoes on the ushered me to the register as if I was going to leave without paying! They charged me $95 and I have no idea how it was that much!
