Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI moved to the area a few months ago and received a personal recommendation for Helen at this salon. At my first appointment, after waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time, I had to leave. The salon didn’t apologize — they simply rebooked me. If you work FT like me, this is a problem. But I am new to the area and thought it best to offer a second chance. At my second appointment, things went alright. The service started only 10 minutes past my appointment time, and although two nails needed to be redone, we got there in the end. My third appointment was just… bad. She cut my skin twice to the point that it bled, and she painted polish all over my cuticles and my skin (telling me to “just wash my hands a lot, that it would come off”). I moved to the area a few months ago and received a personal recommendation for Helen at this salon. At my first appointment, after waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time, I had to leave. The salon didn’t apologize — they simply rebooked me. If you work FT like me, this is a problem. But I am new to the area and thought it best to offer a second chance. Just to fill.I called the day before and made an appointment they were able to get me in which was awesome. Unfortunately after waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time my nails felt very rushed. I left the salon with nail polish all over my fingertips and nail beds. Plus the sign said $28 for a fill which is what I was getting. And I went up front to pay she took the card out of my hand and ran it and then handed me the receipt where I had already been charged $38. Okay so today was my first time going to this nail place. I wanted something simple. All white nails. Just to fill.I called the day before and made an appointment they were able to get me in which was awesome. Unfortunately after waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time my nails felt very rushed.
