I have attended this location on several occasions and I feel like I’m being charged different amounts because I don’t get other services besides waxing. The first time I went I paid $15 for eyebrow/lip paid $20 cash to include tip. I thought in my head it felt a little high but also COVID happened so I assumed prices had gone up. When I returned a second time the woman who did my eyebrows asked if I had came to get waxing and paid $20 I said yes. She said she had over charged me and it was supposed to be $12 for brows/lip and it was her mistake she would only charge me $10 this time. We start small talking and she mentioned a couple other services and I told her money is tight but when I can I’d love to do more, 3rd visit I came in for my wax routine and was asked about extra services but I politely declined as it was just not in my budget or time. I was charged $15 again, and have been charged this ever since. My final straw was my visit yesterday. My lip was waxed and it still has half the amount of hair that was there previously(I did not notice until my mirror lighting at home) and while I paid for my services I was pulling out my debt card and before I had a chance to pull out cash for a tip she said “No cash for me?!”. Long story short, Find business elsewhere.

Ellen no longer owns nor works there anymore! Ellen does an amazing job and is super kind and funny. She treats you like family!!. The whole salon is super clean and i love getting my brows done here, they wax them and clean them up really well and instead of making them as thin as my grandma’s sewing needles. I’d trust this salon with my whole family LOL!

I love this salon, it’s my go-to. The music here is so relaxing, and the technicians are so kind and welcoming, and make you feel like a valued customer. If you aren’t satisfied with their services (which is usually never) they are kind enough to redo it for you free of charge. The manager is so wholesome, and I will always to back to this salon

Just moved from PA, to Paulsboro Nj in June…. It came time to get my nails done after over a month, & after living in PA my entire life, & going to my go to nail salon of 5 years, I was clueless as to where to go out here that was good, reasonably priced etc. So today August 31st was my first time going to serenity nails after searching the internet for places to go, & I’m not dissappointed. i waited about 45 minutes, but let’s face it you wait at doctor’s, lawyers, in line etc. So that didn’t bother me. Ellen welcomed me & my fiance with open arms, like I’m family. She was fast, and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. I had a refill, gel polish change, and cut down & was in an out in less than an hour. Thanks Ellen for making me feel welcome, And for doing a great job!! I’ll see you soon, & highly recommend getting your nails done here. Next time I’ll try eyebrows with my refill. Price was only $27 dollars. Not bad at all plus I always tip my nail technicians so $6
