Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in for a full set and pedi and had the worse experience ever !!! She cut my toes while filling my nails and when its was time for full, they didnt do the shape i wanted, called me out infront of everyone when i asked for a certain design saying its going to cost alot of money, plus the threw the acrylic on my cuticles with out cutting them or cleaning around the nail before placing acrylic. No cuticles oil at end of appointment either then over priced for the simple nails i actually got and are ugly. NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!Went in for a full set and pedi and had the worse experience ever !!! Very Very Very well done! First time getting my nails done and all I can say is that I am very happy with the results! Kelly was super nice and sweet, and she made sure that the nails were perfect. I totally recommend this place and her!! You won’t be disappointed 🙂

Horrible experience HORRIBLE!!!! First time walk-in & just wanted a pedicure. They spoke there language and looked at me & of course the giggling!!! I realize that I’m not dressed up & no makeup but I WOULD NOT THROW BUSINESS TO THIS NAIL “SPA” IF IT WAS THE LAST ONE ON THIS EARTH I WOULD DO EVERYONE’S NAILS FOR FREE!!!!!!! I wanted to start this off with saying everyone who works here is kind. I had the worst fill I have had in a long time. The color is extremely chunky and uneven, I went with a friend and she did not have this problem. We waited at the drying station for the exact same time and we left together when they told us we were all set. 30m later mine were just smudging everywhere and the polish was so chunky. One of my nails was so bad I had to turn around and come back in. The nail they fixed dried correct and was not thick but the other nails continued to be gloopy and smudge everywhere. I went to dinner an hour and a half later and my nails CONTINUED to ball up and now they are ruined to the extent that I have to pay money and go get them repainted somewhere else. I am at 2 hours and they are still smudging and uneven. I have never had an experience like this before where my nails have taken 2 hours to stop drying, and I’m in the cosmetology field so I know about nails and how they should be done. This was not my fault and I will be going somewhere else to get them fixed now.

Critical: Quality, ValueI am so beyond disappointed. I was a first time walk-in because my normal salon was closed the entire week of Thanksgiving and I needed my nails done for Thanksgiving. I gave this place a shot and really wish I hadn’t. I got a fill on my acrylics (mind you I have been getting acrylics for 13 years and been going to the same place and NEVER have I had this issue).It hasn’t been 5 days and I have two broken nails. I could see if I was rough with them or had a job that they got beat up, but NO! I am so mad I spent $50 to now have two broken nails after 4 days!! If your looking for quality nails, do not go here! Not worth a penny in my opinion. Needless to say I will never go here again I am so beyond disappointed. I gave this place a shot and really wish I hadn’t. I get my nails done here all the time and have had an excellent experience every single time! Kelly and her staff are professional, talented and fun. There is a wide array of colors to suit any taste. I come here with my daughters all the time — even my husband loves to get a pedi here!

I have been a Serenity customer for over 2 years and can’t imagine getting my nails done anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and I am complimented on my nails CONSTANTLY. I look forward to my appointments – clean salon, great atmosphere.

I love it here. The studio is clean and welcoming, and Kelly and her staff are wonderful. The spa pedicure is the BEST I’ve ever had, and I get compliments on my nails (gel) all the time. I’ll never go anywhere else.
