My friend told me this place gives the best hot stone pedicure. This was not my experience. She used one stone on each leg for about 3 min in the same place on my leg and no pressure. She was just rubbing the stone up and down the front part of my leg, but never touched the back of my leg or feet. The rest of the massage was just her rubbing lotion on my leg. I said something at check out and they gave me 15% off. The price was still more than the signature pedicure. She did no clean up work after she polished. I get home and still have dried cuticle around my nails. I could have done a better job myself. I’ve been here a couple of times and neither experience was great. I always tip, even when I have bad service, but I did not tip today. I won’t be back, but if you want a massage with your pedicure, I would suggest when making an appointment to request someone with experience. I was just disappointed to not get the experience that was detailed on the menu.

Really great staff, friendly and meticulous in their work. The pedicure was super relaxing and this was my first time with the NexGen manicure; the technician did a great job explaining to me what it was and why it was different from acrylic. It would have been a five-star rating except that two of my nails look thinner across than they really are, so it looks a little funny up close (like I have finger fat on each side), and I wish that my toe nails looked a little glossier with the French tip. I’ll definitely still go back though, but maybe try to speak up a bit more to make my thoughts known next time. It’s still a great nail place and I would definitely recommend.

Do not go to this salon. They prey on college students. My daughter paid $70 after being quoted $50 over the phone and the quality was terrible. Lesson learned. Check Yelp. The reviews there are more accurate than Google.

As always, Paul did an excellent job on my nails. This was my first time visiting Serenity Nails. It is a really nice place to go. You will not be disappointed. Ask for Paul if you want to try next gen.

I wrote down Lemon Drop Luxe Pedicure on the paper they have you complete when entering. I joked with the gentleman “Oh I’d love the Lemon Drop since I can’t have one right now as I’m pregnant”. “The hot stones and wax are my favorite part”. Instead of them providing the paper to the tech they verbally told her which ended up in the Lemongrass Pedicure. Lemongrass didn’t include hot stones nor wax. Several of the front desk wouldn’t admit they were wrong and just kept saying “Oh they sound alike”. Previous salon experiences they hand the paper to the tech to ensure the customer service is accurate. It’s very simple to admit if your in the wrong on the services you provide when you clearly see it written down and spoken upon before the services. I never asked for a discount or anything for free. I just wanted them to admit it in which they wouldn’t do. For that, I wouldn’t recommend or ever return to this establishment.

I just left Serenity Nails for my first spur of the moment pedicure with them. Kelly is AMAZING. Her massage pressure is perfect and she’s meticulous when painting nails. I’m very picky and never go back to the same person more than once because of this. She absolutely has a new permanent client. It is incredibly clean and smells good inside.
