The lady who did my nails was really nice and the nails looked amazing. They only lasted TWO DAYS though – almost all of them fell off before the wedding I had them done for which was super disappointing. It also cost me $55US, which is like $100 Australian dollars. When I returned to the store, they weren’t very helpful. There was one customer in the store and they told me I had to wait 3 hours to get my nails done. I also had to pay half price to get it redone. I am never going back here!

They have friendly service, they do great work, good quality manicures. Waxing is ok. We didn’t notice they missed some spots until after. The receptionist speaks English and is a translator for what you want done. The atmosphere is pleasant. I take my daughter here and they are so nice to her. They have kid manicures as well. I would recommend to try this place if you are in the neighborhood.

I work really hard i get pedicure to remove all my dead skin and ingrown i like my nails cut short she didnt remove any dry skin she took about 30 mins to freakin remove gel polish i had literally make her cut my ingrown. Seemed very inexperienced. This is supposed to be relaxing experience i felt like i was on eggshells the whole time.

I was treated inappropriately by one of the people who work here, Janet. She crossed the line staring and scrutinizing my body while providing manicure. And she took it too far with her ‘compliments’ while massaging my hands excessively. I was made to feel very uncomfortable while I was the only customer at the salon. If you are a transgender woman, as I am, you risk being objectified at this salon. Very upsetting. I went back and made them aware of my bad experience.
