I go every once in a while and they used to always do so good! These last two visits were kind of awful though. I told my tech I wanted a square shape and she proceeded to give me almond shape. Then she left my right hand nails noticelaby longer than my left hands. She also cut me with the drill but i’m one of those people who won’t say anything lol. They just seemed so rush and care more about getting you out of there rather than the quality of your nails. There’s only a few good techs there. (Like two)

I got a mani pedi, both gel. I got my pedi first and noticed it was mediocre but not worth bringing up. When They did my mani, I asked them not to cut my cuticles and just to push them back. She did two layers of gel and absolutely flooded my cuticles and the polish was everywhere. I spoke up before she finished and said they looked messy and almost like I had done them (I actually could’ve done better). She was nice enough to another lady to fix them. The new lady used a nail drill to file off most of the flooding. It looked better but not great. I just accepted it and left. Not even five days later, they were peeling. I won’t be back and I wish I could have my money back for both services because when I got home I noticed jagged nails on the edges of my toe nails like they didn’t cut them all the way across. I was just not satisfied and disappointed with the service. I won’t be back. I have since removed the peeled gel nails at home and re painted.

Honestly don’t recommend not only are the nails poor quality but the staff is rude. I used to consistently about a year ago but decided to stop going due to one of my nails breaking the very next day. I decided to give them another try and let me just say for the price I paid for my nails I could go anywhere else. Not to mention the lady that sat next to me getting her nails done, her tech was so passive aggressive. Me and my family used to go there for years . Recently they have not been doing so good . My finger has a cut from the drill , she was not being gentle instead she was rushing not give a f^^^^ if I was hurting. Also I recommend you to buy NEW POLISH ASAP my toes look like shi Acrylic nails
