The first visit I had was an amazing experience. I got a pedicure , the chairs were a little tightly pushed together but other than that the place was great & the spa pedicure included a shoulder massage & neck stretch which was nice . The second time around I got a dip manicure & my nails chipped in less than 1 week. With dip , that’s ridiculous. Great look to the place. Also seems very clean .

I have been coming for years. I have noticed small things that have changed,but continued to come because the nail tech was good. I had an appointment this morning. Entered the salon and after five minutes of waiting just left. No one greeted me. I called to cancel the appointment and no one answered. I will be finding a different salon who cares about customer service.

I have been going to Michelle for a few years now, I’ve never been disappointed in her service. She cares about her customers and will give them her best. Serenity Nails and Spa is always clean and a very welcoming, relaxing atmosphere and all staff there make you feel welcome.
