If I could give 500 Stars, I would! I love Donna and Joe! I have been following them for 6 years now and I consider them family! If they aren’t available to do my nails, because they are very busy, I hate to go anywhere else because they have set high expectations and I don’t get the same quality experience anywhere else and trust me I have tried at least 15 different nail salons in the PG and Charles county area! I have visited this salon about 7 times. I have tried 5 nail techs. Donna and Joe were the best. However, it is hard to get in their chair as a walk in. Rose did a nice job on my nails and took her time but was not able to do the design (3d effect heart on one nail ) for some reason because it took “too long”. Joe’s father did a horrible job on my nails and had a attitude because I wanted regular polish….Joe was able to fix my nails and I was fine. I forgot the name of the last young lady who did my nails. Her application of acrylic was nice. However, I had to return the same day because my gel polish was chipped after about an hour. Joe is very nice and tries to please everyone and the place is very beautiful. I have been disappointed one too many times and I most likely will not return.

‼️DO NOT COME HERE‼️ The girl who started my nails had the worst attitude. I asked for med/long nails when she cut them and then she filed them super short, uneven, and misshapen. After I brought it to her attention she said she’d fix it but never even attempted to. Finally the manager stepped in and took over he was extremely friendly and pleasant however he didn’t fix them either just shaped them better. But they were still a lot shorter than I asked for. I ended spending 2 hours getting a full set without color that wasn’t what I asked for and still had some misshapen nails. On top of everything the managers sick child was roaming about throughout the shop touching polishes and more unmasked with a nasty cough, admittedly sick from the manager and child

I called and asked for an appointment the same day. I said anytime would work and I was flexible, whenever they had an opening would be fine. They told me a time that would work. I came early, waited for nearly an hour. Completely wasted my entire day. Don’t tell people you can fit them in if you can’t see them at the scheduled time. Ruined my wedding photo plans for the day.
