I found my new place! This location is everything. Staff offered me anything from water to wine and mimosas, then helped me pick out the products I needed to recreate a photo I’d presented them. Honestly my nails came out better. Crystal is GIFTED, enough said. She understands that as a consumer you’re looking to pay for perfection and boy does she deliver.

Critical: QualityI’ve been coming here on and off for about 5 years. I went in on a Saturday to get a Nexgen set. At the end I wasn’t crazy about the color and asked if he could add some glitter, which I get pretty often. The nail tech painted gel polish over the Nexgen and put me under the heat lamp, which I thought was odd but I’m not the professional so I didn’t say anything.Three days later the glitter started peeling and by Friday evening they were falling off in CLUMPS. They were just disintegrating. I had them for less than a week and they were trashed. I went back Saturday morning and the manager looked at my nails and reassured me that they would fix them and take care of everything. Thirty minutes later I was handed a receipt for $40. I was expected to pay for a new set even though they were reason I had to have them replaced! I asked when I got to the register if I was being reimbursed for the last set that were clearly not done correctly and was told no. I had to HAGGLE to get a discount.Lesson learned. At the end I wasn’t crazy about the color and asked if he could add some glitter, which I get pretty often. This is one of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had. Cindy was the one who did my nails and she did awesome! She helped me choose a color based on a picture I showed her. I got nexgen coffin-shaped nails and they turned out great. She made my experience nice and relaxing. She paid extra attention and would fix any little detail without me even telling her. She genuinely cared about how my nails turned out and didn’t rush the process. Nice and friendly environment. Consider this my new nail place!

This was definitely a rip-off. I asked for the pedi and mani with the most massage..made it clear massage was my main reason for coming, secondary was how well the gel nails would last. I bought the most expensive of both, and settled in to enjoy. Literally a 3 minute massage for the legs. Less for the arms. They rushed everything and acted like they did not care at all about doing a good job of either. Now, 3 days later I have three broken gel nails! I usually go to another salon but its closed for renovations and chose this as a quick last resort. Never ever again. With so many salons, pick one that does a good job. Even goes the extra mile. Oh and I paid $150 for that nonsense.

BEST nail experience I’ve had in a while. We had gone to a different salon that day and it was horrible and we didn’t finish out the service. We called serenity and they said they had two chairs available for us right away. When we walked in we were sat immediately and are stylist came right over. They fixed the mistakes and saved the day. Will definitely be going back and recommending to everyone.

Then 20 minutes later was still waiting. I was a walk-in on a Sunday and was greeted quickly, signed in, and was seated for my manicure within 5 minutes. She did a good job on my nails, but could’ve been a little more careful (my pinky started bleeding when she buffed the nail). She did a great job on shaping my nails and applying the shellack gel. In all a good experience, I’d recommend this location to anyone who asked.

It’s either hit or miss at Serenity Nails and Day Spa. The last time I went, everything was fine and I was so satisfied with my nails, the quality of service, and the pricing. However, this time I got horrible service and was charged $15 extra for nail length, color, and trimming. The man before did my nails fine and only charged me for NexGen. This woman charged me $15 more for things that I could have done at home or on my own. I probably won’t be coming back here unless I make an appointment with the man who did my nails with care and precision.
