Didn’t know they are currently only doing appointments so I walked in but they were super accommodating and managed to squeeze me in later that day. Great customer service! The lady doing my nails was very gentle with my hands which I appreciate since my hands are kinda stiff sometimes.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have never left a nail shop with my nails looking so terrible! I asked for a dip manicure on my natural nails. Not only did she NOT do an actual manicure but used the harsh drill on my natural nails. Once she applied the dip gel, she did not file to make it smooth and threw 2 coats of gel polish on top. It was thick and there were dents and dip in the nail. Nothing smooth about it. I asked her to fix and she acted like she didn’t see the nail polish on my cuticle and skin. I could tell by her expression that she knew she was wrong and still didn’t attempt to fix it. When rinsing my hands, I asked another customer and he said my nails looked like a 5 year old did them and she would ask for them to be redone. I asked the nail tech if she thought the nails looked right, she said she would fix. Her attempt to fix was horrible and she rushed to cash me out herself. She knows that my nails looked laughable and if I wasn’t going to be late for an interview, I would have insisted that she fix her work.I was excited to find a new nail shop as I am new to the area but I work too hard to be disregarded in this way. Everyone makes mistakes but when there is no attempt to fix it and I am STILL charged a lot of money, that is wrong! They have lost a customer. I have never left a nail shop with my nails looking so terrible! I asked for a dip manicure on my natural nails. All the nail techs are extremely friendly and engage with customers. Their service is exceptional and I have never felt like I was being rushed out so they could move more customers in. I would definitely recommend them.
