Serenity literally never lets me down. Had a bad nail experience at a place that was recommended to me (I ALWAYS come to Serenity). So as usual Linda removed the awful job and left me with beautiful vacation nails! The staff are efficient and friendly. The place is well run and I will never go anywhere else again.

I usually go somewhere else but my friend got a me a gift card to Serenity. I must say Daniel was METICULOUS and made my nails exactly how I wanted! He was even able to match the acrylic from my previous full set which was done out of town at a different salon. very professional and polite and nice conversation. Highly recommend and Daniel rocks! I will be switching to Serenity from now on.

Went in to get a new set. They only had 3 nail technicians with 6 people waiting. Didn’t happen to mention a wait time upon checking in. The lady that greets everyone needs her attitude adjusted to be more friendly. I’ve been using them for years but this was the last time. I do not recommend. They need to staff accordingly and be more customer friendly.

They do good work but your employees are rude and you rush people for no reason. My pedicure wasn’t even complete and your lady was there to charge me so fast my drink got knocked over….. I just wish you would let people move at their pace. If I want to pick up 30 paint bottles to pick my color I’d like to do it with out you asking me 7 times which one I want…. Also I come on slow days after work because I want to just relax and not feel like I’m rushed because you have a line your employees were just waiting around, so again no reason to rush us out. Again good work but chill.

Awful experience. I went and got my nails done (acrylic fill and manicure) and showed a reference picture before I even sat down. The nail tech said he could do it yet it looks awful. I think I’ve only ever asked for my nails to be redone once or twice in my life but this literally looks like a child drew them. I don’t need them to look just like the picture but similar but the drawing is not even on the same par. THEN when I left the salon I called and asked to get them redone tomorrow since I work this evening and the lady said no because they can’t always make them look like the picture, I explained further and she said they can’t always do I just like the picture. I said I would just go somewhere else then to fix them because they are unbearable. She said okay and hung up. Terrible nail services and even worse customer service!

the price was ridiculous! they were very misleading who charges 25.00 for cat eye?? he said 10.00 never 25.00 then said at checkout the total was 25.00… when i ask why i was old it was 10.00 on top of the 15 for shellac.. he said he told me that which he did say 10.00 never 25.00.. we each got a 50.00 pedicures with cateye and my mom a manicure with cateye polish and it was 185.00 ridiculous!

The customer service is very poor here. The lady at the front desk lili was not helpful at all. I was looking for OPI funny bunny which they didn’t have and I was okay with that but when I asked her she just said no and continued typing on her phone. I went back to the desk while I was waiting and asked if they had anything similar she quickly said no and went back to her cell phone. Was not helpful at all and was very rude. Will not be returning.

I’m new to the Owasso area. One of the hardest things about moving is finding new people like a stylist & a nail salon. I tried 1 other place before coming to Serenity but I will look no further. Serenity is exceptional in many regards. Lovely facility, easy check-in & no wait time for us walk-ins. Furthermore, they have a no-pain method of removing previous powder nails. Dan was my manicurist and she was gentle with my arthritic fingers and did a marvelous job. I’ll be back-need I say more?
