Every time I get my nails done, I either have to return to have them fixed because one popped off or they have to redo them in the salon because they left fibers under the clear coat, it’s something every time. I was there for hours yesterday and I’m still not happy at all with my nails, theY are so thick it looks terrible, the filing is uneven and they weren’t kind at all even after having to redo them twice in the salon because they left fibers in them. I’ll fix them myself at home but I would not suggest anyone go here. I’m never offered even water, even after waiting more than an hour, the manicurist guy tells horribly inappropriate jokes and stories, terrible customer service. I’ve given them many many chances in the last 2 years and every time I’m disappointed and feel like I’ve wasted my money

My daughter and I went in for manicures and pedicures we were seated immediately but only 1 person came to work on both of us. The whole time. They took people that were walking in and people helped them but still only 1 man was doing both of our pedicures. After 3 and half hours we finally left. We never offered a drink or anything. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service.
