Never again. The owner was distracted and damaged my nails horribly. PAINFUL and inconsiderate is an understatement. I wish I walked out after he hurt me the third time but I didn’t want to make a scene. He used a metal buffer & drilled down to the nerve bed of my nails to apply the acrylic. I instinctually pulled back in pain more than three times and he continued to cause damage and pay half attention. $70 and three weeks later they still won’t come off and the new nail growth is alarmingly above the acrylic.

After reading the reviews, I was apprehensive, but also too lazy to drive further from home. What a lovely experience I had! It was slow because it’s a Tuesday and I went around 10:30am. The attention to detail was really impressive for the SNS as well as my pedicure. No bleeding, no streaks, nothing stuck under my nails, and they gave me a perfectly matched tip to a really broken fingernail I came in with. Will be back!

The only disappointing thing is that when I called, I was informed a full set is $32 and when I went to pay, they charged me $5 additional for coffin shape. WORSE experience ever! I have been a client here for 13 years.. however my last 3 visits were NOT good.. I had appointments all 3 visits, however I was made to wait 45 min to 1 hour.. so I spoke with my favorite technician, and explained that I schedule because of my busy schedule & that if this continues to happen that I will no longer be able to use their services. !!! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING WITH THIS PLACE !!! So… I go here quite often since it is so convenient. For the past couple of years I never had any issues with this place and they have good prices compared to other places. My last visit was kind of a nightmare though and I do not think I will go here again. 2 weeks prior to my last visit one of the nail technicians had picked out this pretty red wine color for my nails. The color was not on the nail colors up front + I did not remember the woman’s name since I do not get a regular person. She grabbed it from the drawer of SNS colors. And did I have a picture of this color but it was still on my nails from last time. I had asked one of them to try and find me the color again or just a similar dark red color. The lovely woman up front (god bless her) was helping me look through the nails up front and we just could not find it. Another nail technician was looking on the wall and could not find it either. I understand I was being somewhat difficult but I did not want to pay money for a color I didn’t want. Anyways, after spending about 10 minutes trying to find this color; one of the nail technicians refused me of service (I had an appointment) and said he could not do my nails very angrily. I did not leave since my friend was getting her nails done. Another woman then came and looked in a drawer and immediately found the color or a similar dark red color in like 2 seconds flat. The man who was angry came back and did my nails… it was very awkward. He did just okay, he messed up a few things and I had to point it out. I know I sound like a brat, but nails are expensive and if you’re going to pay for a service, you should get what you would like. I know wanting a specific color was annoying of me, but it was definitely blown out of proportion.

The girl who did my nails was really good. She didn’t give a name, when I returned they had no record of my appt which I made a week in advance they couldn’t tell me who did them. I found the mgr at the front desk unhelpful in this but he was nice. I really did want to go back to her, but I don’t know who “ her” was. During my visit I told them minimum 6x I wanted Acrylic nails from the beginning of booking my appointment. They had at least 4 different ppl ask what type of nails I was getting, I finally got upset. It’s pretty unprofessional if you have to ask a customer who booked an appointment for Acrylics 6x what service she’s getting.
