I will start this out by saying I have NEVER left a bad review of any business I have been too. I was at this location yesterday! Danny (I believe was his name) did my acrylic nails with gel polish in around 15 minutes. Within 2 hours of leaving my gel polish was peeling off! None of my nails are the same shape. Much less the shape I asked for them to be! If I could give zero stars I would. By far one of the worst sets of nails I have ever had! I would not recommend this establish to ANYONE.

Came into town for my best friends wedding we both got a gel manicure and pedicure and it was the absolutely worst experience. During my manicure the manicurist was rude and unprofessional. She filed my nails uneven and asked her twice to fix. The nail polish was extremely thinned out. I paid extra for foot massage that was not even a massage. She basically put lotion on my legs and rubbed it in. When the bride went to get her eyebrows done the same women who just finished my manicure not even 10 mins before had to be woken up because she was sleeping on the waxing table.

In the end, my nails came out ok. However, this was the fastest SNS job I ever received. It was like a speed competition with vigorous filing. She was going so fast, that many times part of the nail was missed in the hurried brush strokes. She did not finish with oil or lotion and the end result was ok looking, but a bit uneven at the cuticle line. Really doesn’t even reach the cuticle line. The pedicure was better, but very light massage. Not the most relaxing experience, but if you’re in a hurry, this might be just right for you. Too many nail shops available to go here again for me.

I haven’t been here in a few years but my mom and I decided to go yesterday for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. My gel pedicure was good, no complaints there. However my moms pedicure and manicure service were rushed, rough, and poorly done. The woman working on my mom was rough with her and kept pulling her legs and arms in a really unnecessarily rough manner. My mom asked for a natural color polish on her hands and the woman just used clear, and performed the entire manicure in under 10 minutes. My moms nails were left jagged and overall didn’t look like she had any type of professional service done. She’s too nice to say anything so here I am. I don’t understand how a business would operate this way when they weren’t even busy. I also wish both people had worn masks when doing our services as they were both open coughing and we are still in a pandemic.

*UPDATE* after two days of having my acrylic nails done, two have fallen off. Falling off DRIVING at that. I work a desk job, I am not HARD on my hands. This just makes me think that they really didn’t prime my natural nails for the acrylics at all. I have NEVER experienced such low quality nail work.

Out of all the places I’ve been I always go to one with 4+ stars. And every time I’m disappointed with the job that was done or the service. I just decided to go here because it was close by and they by far did the best job out of any nail place I’ve been in the last 2 years. I showed Jason a picture of what I wanted and he made my nails look exactly like the picture. It’s been almost a week & my nails are still good as new. Definitely recommend giving this place a shot despite the negative reviews!! The front desk girl was absolutely the sweetest!

The nail technicians are nice and always start on my nails right away. I like the results I get and they have tons of nail colors to choose from, my only complaint is that I would like to see them open a sanitized pack of utensils each time instead of just starting with the tools in their box. The salon is gorgeous, however the people who work here are so incredibly rude. Literally talking on the phone the entire time while doing a pedicure. The prices are completely insane for the time spent. Zero time spent on massage, no hand massage either.
