I love this salon. Donna the owner is so sweet. Although I’ve never had my brows done here, I have witnessed her work one word “stunning”. An awesome nail tech will keep me coming back and that’s truly what I have found in Hanna, she’s a real pro. What I like most is that she cares about her craft and she makes sure that you’re satisfied. Even when my color (that I chose) made me question myself she’s making sure I like it. In the end I always do. If you’re in the area stop by Serenity or . You definitely won’t regret it. I don’t like sharing her but for my ladies I will, ask for Hanna she’ll take great care of you and your nails.

I’ve been going to Serenity for a few years and while I’ve never had this experience, today’s experience was not good at all. I am very disappointed by the quality of work. I was cut because they tried to file the gel off my cuticle and then on my middle finger, I have paint all on the sides.

I had a great experience today with Kim. She took her time to do thorough work and a good job. They were also accommodating to me bringing my 3 yr old son with me and were very polite. I got a deluxe pedi (gel), a gel mani, and an eye brow wax. I was pleased to see she even capped the ends of the gel mani and pedi (it is proper procedure to prevent bubbles under the gel). I just moved to the area and after a thorough search I chose to visit this salon. There are many negative reviews on nail salons, but fewer positive reviews which makes it even harder to find the right places to go. I made the right choice and will be coming back. Thank you for everything ladies!

Don’t go there! They do not know how to communicate with they clients. I went one time on a Saturday they open at 9:30am only 2 works was in there and the other workers didn’t get there til 1 hr later so I had to wait 1 hr. Then when they started on me they kept moving to different tables and Changing the nail tech and they didn’t give me what I asked for nails look horrible. Then today when I went for a pedicure. They good at pedi not gone lie but I sit down the lady starts running the water I get up to wash my hands cause I was bout to eat so I need clean hands. I come back the worker no where to be found then when she come from the back she starts working on a customer that just walked in so I’m there just trynna figure out what’s going, nobody has said anything to me so I just got up and left. they just so unprofessional and don’t know how to communicate.

Nice location and clean however, all the women seem to have attitudes. I’ve been coming to this location frequently but will not return after my visit last week and today. My pedicure was rushed and she was not listening to my requests then had another lady finish my feet and redo what she didn’t do because I guess it was her lunch time. Got a full set and had to come back the next day due to it not being painted fully. Came to get my nails soaked off today and Donna was trying to tell me to look at my phone instead of my nails when asking questions. If I’m paying my hard earned money I should get what I asked for. Definitely lost a loyal customer and won’t be recommending to anyone I know.

UPDATE: I have been coming here for a year now! This is my 3rd visit to Serenity Nails! Every time I come here I am treated so kindly. Hannah and Helen are the most amazing please request them! You can even call ahead before you come to make sure you get one of them!!! I highly recommend this salon. It is beautiful and the owners are very nice as well. Great prices as well.

Had a horrible experience! Not just for me but my daughter as well! We went to have mani/pedi’s together but they started my pedi 10-15mins before my daughter. But my daughters’ was finished about 15mins before mine.The job was rushed and you could plainly see that it was rushed. Now if it was done flawlessly and rushed, it would have been fine but it looked horrible. Also she had a small amount of gel polish left from a previous manicure (somewhere else) and she didnt remove it before painting. She said she couldn’t get it off but NEVER applied acetone. Also not to mention my person cut my finger and then tried to put a piece of my skin over the cut like it was gonna mysteriously adhere to my cut. Anyway NEVER AGAIN! YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN JUDGMENT. OH ALSO THEY CHARGED FULL PRICE EVEN AFTER SEEING MY DAUGHTER’S NAILS
