After moving from up North, I’ve been on a long & traumatic quest to find the best nail salon in Winston. After 4 years I FINALLY discovered Serenity Nails! The level of professionalism & superb customer service is unmatched for this area. Callie managed to not only do my nails as I specifically asked but she went above & beyond with her suggestions & I was so happy with the results!! The entire staff are warm & super friendly which makes it easier to drive 25mins from my house to get this rare, top quality service.

Update 8/22: The service has changed for the worse! Walk-Ins are treated with no respect, Calie is the only nail tech that knows what she’s doing, pervious nails techs that were just as talented have left, and their prices keep changing. No longer a favorable place to patronize.
