I hate leaving negative reviews, however, I am so unsatisfied with my results. Every bit up to right before she painted my toenails was unpleasant; burning, cutting, and pinching sensations while filing, sanding, doing cuticles, etc . Also, I asked for a gel pedicure, but didn’t receive gel. I can tell by how thin the paint is & honestly it’s not covering the whole nail on the sides . The salon is really pretty & I haven’t tried any other services here, so that’s why I’m still giving 3 stars .

I absolutely love this salon!!!! First of all the salon is beautiful and immaculate. Marie definitely puts a lot of thought into the ambiance she wants her clients to experience. I love the music, conversation and smiles you experience during each visit. Marie and Rachel are the best!!! They give you exactly what you want. They definitely aim to please.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 1 is because the nail tech did an ok job. I moved from Maryland and am looking for a nice nail salon. I made a 10am appointment. I didn’t leave the salon until after 1 because I had to wait for the nail tech. The water for my pedicure was cold. I asked for hot water 3 times, I had to ask for hot towels, he never scrubbed my feet, my toenails are not smooth and there’s more. The nail tech was pretty good but didn’t seem experienced. When I washed my hands, I was told there was no hot water. It was also cold in the salon.

The salon is cute but honestly I am not at all happy with the service. I made an appt specifically with Marie because she had the best reviews. I get there and she proceeds to say she tried to call me ( I had no missed calls) and if I would be ok with another tech. I didn’t want to be rude so I said ok. The tech that I got was very nice but the job at the end was not up to par, a couple of nails are lopsided and although I tried to get her to reshape one it just didn’t make a difference and then she asked if I wanted to file.. which of course I didn’t want to make it worse so I just said it was fine. There was no apology from Marie for not making the appt time, especially since she even has a policy of keeping your deposit if you don’t make your appt. I wouldn’t really recommend this shop.

I had my first appointment with Mrs. Marie and she brought my nails back to life. After being “serviced” at another salon she was willing to fix someone else’s work. Not only was she very nice and professional she was educating me on a few things and discussed training my nails to grow straight. My daughter also had a great experience with Unique who also fixed someone else’s work. The salon is very clean and they make sure to check your temperature when entering the salon. When you walk in the greeting is welcoming and genuine and doesn’t seem like they are forced to speak. All of the staff is very friendly and they take their time with each client.Thank you Serenity Nails for the good service. I will DEFINITELY be returning for my services.
