I have been to four torrington nail salons I have not liked one nor atmosphere. This place serenity makes you feel welcomes and not to bad in pricing. Jenni did my nails and she was thorough. Bobby did my nail designs and he was amazing his personality is awesome. I will definitely becoming a regular customer here they definitely treat you with great customer service great quality and just awesomeness. Thanks ❤️

I love this place. Definitely best nail salon in Torrington. A little disappointed with my deluxe Pedi . I tip really well (35%) and expect detailed service. Foot mask should cover complete foot. And especially during this pandemic , foot should not be placed in paraffin wax. Wax should be in bag then foot put in bag. I was watching someone else get their Pedi done and wondered why I didn’t get the same service for same pedicure preference.

I got the cat eye manicure which I had never heard about before. They use magnets to swirl unbelievable colors. My manicurist was named Amy. She did an absolutely unbelievable job and it is one of the best nail salons I have ever been to. I’m from New York in lower Westchester and I am seriously considering driving the hour and a half drive just to get my nails done at serenity nails. You definitely should go. My manicurist was named Amy. She did an absolutely unbelievable job and it is one of the best nail salons I have ever been to. They do an amazing job, my nails are always beautiful, and the salon is always clean well kept. I missed them desperately during the Pandemic! They did many modifications to the salon to make it safe when they were able to reopen. I’m a nurse that has worked this entire pandemic and I am totally comfortable with the salon.
