I love coming to Serenity Nails for a relaxing spa experience. I am allotted to choose my choice of techs, my nail tech is Paula and my pedicure tech is Ryan. They work as a team to give me a relaxing experience and my nails and toes are fabulous when I leave. I love that they care for each individual with care and true attention to detail. I love my nails and they last so much longer compared to other shops that I have been too. I would recommend this place for any of your spa needs. ❤❤❤

I am disabled and unable to get foot care on a consistent basis. So this was my first time visiting Serenity. I was referred by my friend Nati. Her nails were so beautiful to me and so I begged her for their contact information. I’m so pleased with the establishment. My hands and feet look AND feel AMAZING!!! The staff is top tier…they were so accommodating with my wheelchair and helping me sit and stand!! I will continue to patronize them!!! I can’t wait for my next visit!!!

Not really impressed. Pictures of the place looked nicer and more relaxing than the experience. Maybe bad expectation on my part. I was thinking spa – quiet & relaxing. Place is really big inside, music is loud and not really relaxing music. Multiple TV’s to watch if that’s your thing. Most staff spoke minimal English. Tubs for pedicures are lined with plastic like a huge shower cap and that’s what is changed between services when they drained water. Did not see any cleaning solution that would sanitize the Jets/circulation system in foot tubs between services. Hot towels were also so hot they felt like they were burning my legs, but it didn’t stay hot too long. I got gel polish for my manicure using the dip (no acrylics, just my own nails). They still used electric sander& file on my nails and cuticles. No sanitizing there either. Drill tip removed from dusty wooden box and returned to same box when finished. I did get a little of the massage & some type of lemon lotion with the pedicure. Manicure was short & sweet though when I thought it would have massage of hands & arms too. I was offered a free drink selection when I reserved my appointment online the previous day, no one offered me the drink until I was ready to leave- but hey, it was free, right? Never saw a spa with a bar before. I have had much better Mani & pedi’s for $100 before. Fortunately my nails turned out ok and no infections or fungus a week later.

I came in for my appointment, checked in and was brought right to the pedicure area. I was greeted by Joe who was very nice. I was offered a drink and asked if I would like my manicure at the same time. I said yes and Sofia, who is really sweet, did my manicure. I was done with both an amazing pedicure and equally amazing manicure in an hour. It was the most efficient and wonderful experience I’ve had in a nail salon. The salon is beautiful and everyone is so nice. There are also so many options for not only colors, but designs as well. This is definitely going to be a regular spot for sure. Awesome experience!!

The application process was rushed, sloppy and done incorrectly for my dip nails. This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in the 15+ years I’ve been getting my nails done. The application process was rushed, sloppy and done incorrectly for my dip nails. I sat for over 30 mins waiting for a pedicure in cold water to have my acrylic put on my toes directly from a universal pot talk about cross contamination.
