Went for a mani/pedi. Pedi is 5 stars, mani is 1. I’ve had it for 2 days and the gel on my thumb has completely chipped off. 3 of my other fingers have chipped. The gel is uneven and lumpy on my fingers. After getting home that day I noticed she had gotten gel on the underside of my finger. And of course it was cured so it was a pain to get off. Just very poorly done.

I have been getting acrylics done since I was in Middle School and I am now 20 years old. I have never had any kind of problems with acrylics. My normal nail salon was closed right after the 4th of July so I decided to go here for a fill in. I liked my nails and it was closer to me than my other nail place so I decided to go again for a fill after 2 weeks. (keep in mind, I never go more than 2 weeks before a fill) One of the nails popped off during the second visit and I noticed a bit of green underneath. I was concerned and the nail tech could tell and reassured me it was okay. He put on a new acrylic and filled the rest of the nails. I was a little bit worried but trusted that he was the nail professional and knows best.

Serenity is a fine nail salon. No different than most of the local places. My pedicure was great and my nail artist followed instructions to not take off my callouses (I’m a runner!). I will likely return.

He is very nice. A new equipment and just a total make over. Give them a try promise you will like them. There are a few employees left from previous owners so you will know some faces great job!!!!!
