I went in for a fill and pedicure. The owner did an excellent job on my fill… I then got a pedicure. I asked for the Serenity treatment with the sugar scrub and hot rock treatment. It was $38. The sugar scrub wasn’t scrubbed in much. Nor the hot rocks. I felt it was all rushed, including the lack of any massage. I complained to the owner and she said she would have her do another massage. It was a joke, a very weak massage. Very disappointed. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Worse gel manicure. It looks like a kid did it. And when I said something the lady fixed one of them and said the rest were fine. But they all had dents in them. Also they double charge me $20 tip. And when I went to talk to the manager she said my bank was probably wrong. She did return my money took 4 business days.

The service was fine, however I was asked to wash my hands when first arriving which is fine, but the next 3 customers were not. I got a gel manicure and pedicure, nothing extra or special and it was $95 before tip. Then just 5 days later it is chipping. At that price it should last at least a month. Went in for basic mani pedi and they pushed hard for deluxe package to the point of not being able to speaking English to correct them. Thought to myself go for the pedi deluxe but basic mani. $88 for that + tip. They charge an added 4% to use credit cards. The pedi could have had the calluses scrubbed a little better on the heals. The office Mgr did nothing but sit in a chair and clipping his own nails the entire time I was there. Had better at half cost in NC..
