To me this means the world because some nail techs get in the zone and then the nails don’t turn out exactly how you would’ve liked them to. I didn’t wait long to sit down for my full set of acrylics, and as she was going through the process she stopped multiple times to make sure I was happy with the shape, length and color. To me this means the world because some nail techs get in the zone and then the nails don’t turn out exactly how you would’ve liked them to. Overall I was very pleased with the service quality, and price. $50 for this gorgeous set!

Critical: QualityI asked for a certain design and it was not coming out right and so i told her to just do white…that did not look well either. I told her to just leave them like this. These nails are extremely bulky and she got an attitude because I did not like them. The plain white were supposed to be a gel manicure and they came out unclean.Service: Acrylic nails

Critical: CleanlinessThe staff was nice. I went with a friend and got a pedicure and manicure. The lady working on my nails did a great job. The one working on a friend did not do a good job. She had bleeding areas on her hands and feet. Overall the place was very dirty. Build up of debris on chairs and surfaces. The tool used to file the feet down was extremely dirty and gross. Not all tools were sanitized between clients. The wall by the pedicure station had stacks of food and drinks and all kinds of junk all over the place. Very messy. I won’t go back. I have been here before several years ago and I remember it being nicer inside.
