I got a gel manicure two days ago because I was given a gift card and I’m sad to say that one of the gels just peeled off. I’ve never had this happen before. Also, the gift card said it paid for “manicure” and when I got gel, they told me it would be an additional $17. There was no “menu” in sight to see what pricing was.

Be prepared to wait! Not enough staff. Run from client to client not cleaning tools in between. Rushed, messy, and not detailed work. Also ten dollars more for dip than three close by nail salons. My experience at Serenity was terrible. The worker was extremely rushed and was not careful at all with my nail. When working on my nails, she literally hurt me. Also, the final product was terrible. It looks like a 6 year old did my nails and she did not even listen to what I wanted. She only did two coats, leaving the color completely see through. Absolutely a terrible experience. I will never be going to this place again.

Critical: QualityI wanted to be pampered. I got a chrome gel mani. I was not pampered. Very rough sloppy work. I paid $115 did not get a cuticle treatment or shaping ATT ALL!!. I have two cuts on my toes and it looks terrible. Its my birthday and I wanted a nice exsperience. The employees were sweet but the work was rushed and poorly done. It was not busy at all yet it felt like they were trying to shove me out the door. I left and immediately got my nails fixed somewhere else because I hated how they looked.

One of my favorite nail salons, but my favorite located Uptown. Huge selection of colors. It’s $56 for a pedicure and gel manicure and the color lasts between 2-3 weeks. Credit cards are accepted but bring cash for the tip, you cannot tip on your credit card.
