It never fails that when I schedule an appointment I wait 45 minutes to an hour. Today I scheduled an apt at 2:30, sat for ten minutes and watched 4 other people get taken before me. I just don’t understand how you take appointments but never stick to them. I not only stated on the phone that I had to be somewhere by 4pm and couldn’t wait an hour and a when I got there. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked will you be able to finish my nails by 3:30 (usually it takes no more than 30 minutes to do my nails). He said no, got sassy, and continued to take walk ins completely disregarding set appointments. I’m not sure why I ever go back as this happens every time. I will not be returning. Also stay clear of this place if you are pregnant they use illegal monomers, which is why it smells so bad and gives you a headache after you are long gone, it can cause a miscarriage!! They have no ventilation and should be checked by state. And it’s so unsanitary!!

Great place for nails! They are always so nice, happy to do extra things you’d like with nails. Many colors. I’ve been to other places in Fort and have had bad experiences. This place does nails correctly! I have four stars only bc I usually make an appointment but end up waiting when walk ins come in. Other than that it’s great! Pedicure, Manicure, Gel manicures

I used to enjoy getting my nails done here, but I will be looking to go somewhere else. I had booked an appointment to get the chair have my nails wrapped wait about 45 minutes for them to get started. I had the husband I believe working on my nails and he was rushing to get my nails done to start someone else. The drill they use to file down he kept going over my cuticles making them feel raw & red. He filed so much & rough in the same spot to shape my nails that he broke my skin open at the tip of my finger it started bleeding. I was there for over 2 hours just for a dip manicure.

I really like this salon because I prefer gel nails and everytime I go here they last much longer than anywhere else I’ve been. They are well loved with lots of regulars so I’d suggest afternoon weekday appointments as Saturdays are super busy and a bit longer for wait time which can be expected. They do a great job!

Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueA few weeks ago, I had both a full set and pedicure done. About a week after my appointment, my feet started peeling! I’ve never in my life had my feet peel like they did!!! They didn’t clean my feet up properly either. The guy doing my pedicure was wearing the same gloves he must of warn for his last pedicure/client as the gloves had a nail polish color on them that I didn’t get!As far as the full set I received, that were “dipped”. They were done so ungodly thick! I was told they couldn’t do them thinner.We had an appointment time set up. They were busy when we arrived, but just continue to take walk-in clients and work on my friends and I faster and faster doing a less than professional job.Don’t get me wrong they were all very nice and friendly. A few weeks ago, I had both a full set and pedicure done. About a week after my appointment, my feet started peeling! I’ve never in my life had my feet peel like they did!!! They didn’t clean my feet up properly either. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis has been one of the MOST UNPLEASANT experiences I have ever had in my life. I do not recommend this business to anyone. I went by appointment and they had twice the number of clients compared to the staff. I have been coming here for 3 years and decided to take my friend from out of town here today. I was so embarrassed I even brought her by the end. When we were sat to get started she asked what I wanted and immediately told me I couldn’t get the style nail I wanted because of my nail beds being too short. I bite my nails and I know my nails are short, hence wanting to get them done. I’ve gotten this style plenty of other times at this location and they proceeded to have tell me Rudely multiple times how short my nails were. Then they started talking about it in a different language which was so obvious because right after another technician made a rude comment about my nail beds looking bad to my friend. Already annoyed by my experience, she was very impatient while doing my nails and commanded I sit up and move forward during the gluing process of the fake nails. My experience was far from relaxing or enjoyable, the level of professionalism was not there. I loved coming to this place and rave about it to my friends but I will not be sending business this way any longer. I shouldn’t be made to feel self conscious about my nails especially when I pay a lot of money to come to the salon. If this happens again while I am here I will be saying something publicly and will not return.
