I walked in this morning to see if they could possibly fit me in. I think her name was Katie (it was on her jacket) and she was able to get me right in. I hadn’t been to a nail salon in literal years so, I showed her a photo and she went to work. She did a phenomenal job with both my ombré nails & pedicure. She was so kind & really made it a wonderful experience. Also, the fish tank is awesome and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything!

I called kind of late into the evening to see if I could get a fill and they told me they could fit me in. I had my two kiddos with me and when we got there they asked if they wanted anything done, so my daughter ended up getting a gel manicure as well. The woman who gave her the manicure was really sweet and even put little Halloween themed designs on for her. The guy who did my nails was fantastic. He was detail oriented and made sure I was happy with the length, shape, color, etc as he went through the process. My daughter and I had an awesome experience at Serenity this evening. I called kind of late into the evening to see if I could get a fill and they told me they could fit me in. I had my two kiddos with me and when we got there they asked if they wanted anything done, so my daughter ended up getting a gel manicure as well. I went here on 1/9/22. No one was in the salon. I can’t remember the girls name but I am extremely dissatisfied with my nails. It’s been 1 day and they’re peeling/chipping. Also, the salon was dirty. Very dirty. Avoid this place! Manicure

This quaint little nail spa in Hampstead/ Surf City was able to accommodate 3 of us on the same day we called for manicures and pedicures. We added on wax services at the end and they were so great about it. To be completely honest it is not a frilly type salon, but if you’re looking for a basic, quick manicure and pedicure I’d recommend this nail spa.

Spa is now overpriced. Received a specialty $60 pedicure that lasted around 20 minutes. It indicates on their description list there should have been 15 minutes on massage and hot stones. Massage was 5 minutes each leg and when i asked about it i was told “the chair massages the whole time.” The basic manicure was $25 and she was done in exactly 6 minutes. Not again.

Well I waited for 35 min when said it would be a 10 min wait. The water was cold , I had to ask her to put hot water in it. Did t get a chance to soak at all, took care of my nails, barely scrubbed my feet. Then put cold a$$ lotion on my legs why she painted my toenails. No massage at all, my 3 yo granddaughter def does better. I could done this at home! Be advised you may not get what ya want! Waited 35 min for a 15 min pedicure——- ridiculous
