Very disappointed with the results, it looks just like if kids done my nails. I will never come back to this place, what a waste of time and money they do not clean your nails instead they leave all cuticles alone, and nail polish is horrible I would have done a better job at home. I had gel polish in my toe and instead of removing it first she painted over it. I will actually go to different nail salon since I can’t stand my nails for my wedding! They are just horrible

I could not be happier with serenity!!!! Nancy and Tina are wizards; uterly amazing . Nancy worked on me while Tina had my mom. Nancy was quick and paid super close attention to detail. Tina took extra care with my mom’s more delicate skin, making sure she was comfortable. We felt completely taken care of and totally pampered. I could not recommend them more.

Not a fan. Showed them a photo of long coffin nails and got medium square nails instead. Also the color was not what I chose it wanted. My nail tech didn’t look at either reference photos for the shape and design of the nails. Really disappointed and upset that I paid $55 for something that I didn’t ask for.
