Ugliest french nails ever. I did french nails dip with tip extension with a tech name Lilly. This is my first time with her. She wasn’t not doing a good job. She was rough on my nails and not careful, my two fingers was cut fresh and it wounded. Moreover all surface on my nails are like wavy and thick. I would give a zero star, If I could. I’m going to remove it tomorrow. So disappointed.

Monica was fantastic with my nails. I had asked for a somewhat tricky design and she exceeded my expectations. The place was nice and quiet which was strange on a Saturday afternoon but that’s the way I prefer it. The place has also been recently renovated and is very clean. Overall, I had a great experience and look forward to going back!

I had a wonderful experience at Serenity when I went for a manicure. I had just had a manicure four days prior but it was already looking awful and I was never really happy with it. I have tried so many nail salons in the Boston area and was never 100% satisfied. Even when I liked my nails, the experience while being there was not really that comfortable. When going into Serenity, I immediately noticed how clean it was and it has a very calming atmosphere. The person who greeted me was very nice and I did not wait long to see my nail tech Monica. She’s so great and seemed to really know what she was doing. Another sweet woman walked by and started rubbing my shoulders and it really helped to not be so stiff while sitting in the chair the whole time. Overall it was a very relaxing experience and my nails came out fabulously. They are so shiny and I am happy not only with my nails but with the experience. I actually look forward to going back. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a better overall experience when getting their nails done 🙂

Wonderful salon! My dip powder nails look great almost 3 weeks later, coming in for a new set soon! Happily surprised as my natural nails are short and not the best base but these nails are durable and well done. The lavender pedicure was very relaxing with hot stones and smells amazing. Walked in after work to see if they could do a Manny Peddy and they did. The owner stayed late to finish me. They did a great job. She must’ve seen how tense I was because she even gave me a shoulder and neck massage before I left. What a beautiful place and what nice people! Gel manicures

Good for a new salon but was ignored when I said I just wanted a regular mani/pedi. Instead had a menu pushed at me and was asked which spa one I wanted. I really didn’t have time for a lengthy appointment but gave it a try. Results were average.

I went to Serenity for the first time today and had a Dip manicure. The salon was very clean and beautifully designed. The owners Grace and Daniel were beyond helpful and accommodated a last minute appointment. My nails came out great and the technician took her time and made sure that I was happy with them. I’m so happy I found this place.
