I am new to the area and spent the last four months trying to find someone to do my nails for me. The shape was wrong, they lifted, too thick, not smooth, etc. I wasn’t happy until someone recommended Jenny at Serenity Nails and I haven’t been anywhere else since. I have had acrylic on my nails for a very long time and am very particular about how my nails look. I had to leave a review for her and for others like me looking for a skilled nail tech because it is tough being in a new area and having to only be able to go by reviews and recommendations and Jenny has mine.

I have been a client of Jenny’s for a few years. She’s so creative and sweet! All the ladies here are amazing! If you have ticklish feet, they’re so careful! Absolutely beautiful inside. I went to several different Salons and none of them had availability. They took me in and immediately asked me what I wanted. Nikki did a great job with my mani and pedi. It’s a clean place. A little pricey, but worth it. I loved the color selection for your nails. I also loved the ambience.

I got my nails and feet done. My massage on my feet was amazing ! The paint job not so great. I don’t really care about the feet as much as my hands and my nails are so fugly. They are big uneven just not cute at all I hate them. I definitely would not go back, maybe for my feet.

I’m not very happy. I don’t appreciate being a client for 10 years and always having to take a back seat when a walk-in comes in and my manicurist Jenny (owner) pushing my appointment out another 30 min to an hour. What is the point of making an appt? I totally understand waiting 10 or even 15 minutes while you wrap up your last appt. But to put someone in my time slot is not OK! And she has repeatedly done this to me. I’m out! ✌️
