I went here for the first time yesterday and it will be my new place for any pedicures or services in the future. My experience was really great from the gentleman on the phone to book my appointment, to the lady at the front desk and then Katie who was my nail tech. Everyone was super friendly and made my experience really enjoyable. I will definitely be back to visit Katie for another pedicure she was very thorough and excellent at what she does. And it was a really quite and relaxing place even on a Saturday. Thanks again and I will definitely be back!

The front desk associate was dismissive and a little abrasive. She is the person I spoke with on the phone when I called with questions and decided to just walk-in and schedule my actual appointment. Get to my appointment a few days later and encountered her again and left feeling stressed and unheard. I didn’t complete all of my services and left feeling frustrated which is the opposite of how you should feel after a spa service.
