Manicured my nails to the skin! The nail technician doing my nails, as well as another technician passing by, kept saying that that it could have been anyone who did it. They didn’t not even acknowledge it was not normal when I saw this and punted it out. They try to blame it on me for doing my nails in the past. I have done my nails for over 10 years and this has never been an issue. Then they kept insisting on doing more drilling and scraping my nails! I had to repeatedly stopped them from continuing. I did not finish my nail appointment here. Will never go back and will now have to wait until my nails grow out completely because of how sensitive they are. Absolutely miserable and horrendous experience, and they didn’t even take responsibility for it when I brought it up to them.

I went to this salon yesterday because i was meeting my sister for lunch. Since I needed to get my nails, I was like let me stop somewhere in the area. Long story short, I’m disappointed at how my nails looked. I asked for a French ombré and let’s just say I’ve had better. My nails shaping is horrible and the ombré doesn’t look nice at all. It’s okay but I’ve had way better. I would’ve told them that they needed to be fixed but i was so ready to leave considering this took an hour plus just to do. Jenny must not have had the experience to do this because this looked horrible. Especially when I’ve gotten them done other places and they didn’t look anything like this. I’ve had to go back reshape my nails to clean them up to look some what presentable.

Critical: QualityI was in on Sunday getting my nails done by Tim with my best friend, I am only on the second day and the nails keep on falling!! I am on a trip so this makes me more furious. The glue is weak, and the tech did not apply it properly. Paid $80+ tip for 3 of my nails to fall off within 2 days.

This place is beautiful and elegant. They are an extremely clean facility. When I get a pedicure they put a plastic lining in and toss it out when they’re done. This makes it super clean and I’ve never seen that done at any other nail salon before. The customer service is awesome, they’re very attentive and friendly. The nail designs they do are very nice. I can show them any picture and they’ll happily do it for me. I highly suggest the serenity powder. They don’t buff down my nail so my nails never get too thin and they don’t add length. It’s just a powder with ingredients to strengthen my nails and make them healthier. This place is as good as it gets. I love it.
