Just read the reviews below!! Awful customer service and extremely rude. Please ladies spend your money where it’s wanted!! Due to how extremely rude the ladies were I decided to spend my $150 or more 1 mins away!! ( Looking good nails) and decided to leave after how rude the ladies were. One lady chased me out to my car accusing me of not paying then Apologized after her co- workers informed here that i refused service and decided to leave. After she embarrassed me and yelled at me for nothing in front of others outside. Looking good nails was one min away and they were very kind and pleasant!! They got my husband and I in without a appointment after hearing about our experience!!! They were Friendly caring and did an AMAZING job with our feet, my nails and eyebrows!! These ladies at serenity’s are crooks and will over charge you for nothing services that should be included. They tried to charge me $15 to take my nail polish off my toes when I wanted a pedi and wanted a fresh set. Looking good nails did it all for freee!!!!

Best pedicure I’ve had in a long time! They really take their time and pamper you! You get a long foot and calf massage plus a back massage when your toes are drying! 10/10 recommend Pedicure

This salon was incredible. Sunny and Gina helped us with side by side mani/pedis. They were incredible with my elderly mother. And our nails look FABULOUS. What a great experience!

Great experience here ! First time, I Stopped here on my way to business trip and they made everything a piece of cake for me. Took me right away with no appointment. Woman at the front desk was a pleasure and very kind ! First time I’ve seen a bar like salon set up. Very coop. They did my nails great and even polished my ring ! They ended a great experience with a back massage while my nails were drying with hot stones. Def recommend !

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI accidentally broke off 2 of my acrylic nails I got done at another salon and needed to get them fixed ASAP. I called Serenity and they were able to get me in right away. They fixed my broken nails to perfectly match the rest of my set. The receptionist was so sweet and the nail tech did a fantastic job. I would say they did a good job with my nails . But , the lady just literally yelled at me and said payment in between my pedicure to the extent where she bought my handbag and gave it to me to take out my credit card and pay for my service in between . She also said how much tips you are going to add ?? Omg I felt weird about this . If you are charging your customers so much have some etiquette of handing over the bill after the service and let them add tips and not publicly yell and disclose how much tips they want to add!

I have mixed feelings toward my visit here. My pedicure began with the employee taking off my gel polish which I know is not fun. She had to be very rough and it was painful. Once she finally finished, she went to cut my toe nails and they were completely uneven, the big toe cut very low on one side and not the other. The polish started chipping in no time.
