Charged me insurance rates as a consumer by her error and refused to correct the charges to settle fairly at regular massage rates. Sent me to collections when I was willing to pay the same price any other consumer. Rarely returned my calls to resolve, when we spoke was rude and unwilling to own her mistakes.
