I just wanted a nice facial and my eyebrows waxed…I kept feeling a burning feeling under my right eyebrow…she said I had sensitive skin, but never once said it was burnt..when I got home it started looking real bad… She burnt me and the wax took some of my skin off. I am not happy. I’ve had my eyebrows waxed before at other places and sure it was a little irritated, but nothing like this…if she would of just said what happened I wouldn’t be writing this bad review.

This was my first time there, and I have to say I was impressed. The building is very nice and has a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Cassie was my LMT and did a phenomenal job working out the golf ball sized knots I had in my back, and I feel great afterward. On top of all that, their prices are very competitively priced, despite giving such amazing service. If you are looking for a place to get a great massage at a good price in White House, Serenity is definitely the place.
