I absolutely appreciate the professionalism and quality I received here. There was clear communication on my needs and I am definitely satisfied with my massage.I typically get massages done about every two to three weeks and deep tissue. Today, I had deep tissue and cupping done. The pressure was perfect for me however, I like a lot of pressure and so for me this experience was not painful. Loved it! I have definitely found my massage home! I am a dental hygienist and was recommended by another colleague. I absolutely appreciate the professionalism and quality I received here. There was clear communication on my needs and I am definitely satisfied with my massage.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI booked for 1 hr massage, the lady therapist who did my massage doesnt speak english, she kept on talking chinese which i cant understand. She did cupping which i did not agree & charged me with additional $30, she was very rough, no hint of gentleness at all, i feel like my whole body will have bruises, very painful. She is not just rough with massaging even when she position your legs, arms or head she is very rough. I told her several times it’s painful she still continue with her roughness. I did not feel relaxed at all, all pain. When she asked me if oil is ok, she knocked my head so i would lift my head to look what she want to show me. Before laid down, i tied my hair but before started she immediately tied my hair again without my permission. Owner need to mention it to their therapists that if they are doing something extra, they need make sure their client agrees to it before doing it. If therapist can not speak english, she needs to ask someone to translate to her instead of her talking the whole time in chinese. I told her i dont understand her but she kept on talking & did not even bother to ask someone to make sure the client understands what she’s talking about. She didn’t ask what kind of massage i want. Horrible experience with therapist! To be honest, I want my money back because my body hurts after the massage! I booked for 1 hr massage, the lady therapist who did my massage doesnt speak english, she kept on talking chinese which i cant understand. When I arrived they welcomed me very kindly and explained the services they offered, very reasonable prices. My massage was pretty good and I relax. I’m going to make my next appointment. First time in this location and for the first time I called to see if they had a space to make an appointment on Sunday and without any excuse they told me yes and I went immediately because I really needed a massage that would take away all the tension I had in my body. When I arrived they welcomed me very kindly and explained the services they offered, very reasonable prices. My massage was pretty good and I relax. I’m going to make my next appointment. Love the service, location and treatment.
