I LOVE it here! The massage therapist Katie is amazing! The place is super clean and extremely cozy, very easy for me to relax. I appreciate that everything is sanitized and fresh. Katie is very knowledgeable, and she has magic hands! I’ve been to other places and I feel like it just hurts me and ends up doing more damage, but with Katie working with me everything has improved! I’m able to reach behind my back again, turn my neck, my shoulders feel great. I recently had a baby and I was a mess when I first started coming to Katie. Not only has everything improved physically but mentally too. I usually book my appointments a month at a time… if something opens up she always lets me know and gives me the option to come in earlier or keep my original appointment (which is awesome!!) The other review I saw saying how she is unprofessional is completely incorrect! Out of all the places I’ve been, she is the most professional and kind. She also offers stretching!! It seriously helps out! I feel like I’ve hit a gold mine when it comes to Serenity Massage by Katie! Extremely satisfied RETURNING customer!!!
