I start going to this place since last November due to my health issue. I went that place already so many times. I like the place and therapist. My therapist, Kersy, is great and I always feel great after I leave. I go once a month, because it’s beneficial to my health and because I love the personal service I get. You will feel an atmosphere of peacefulness and calm as soon as you go through the door at Serenity. Tastefully decorated and comfortable, you will feel right at home with the friendly staff and their relaxed style. Kersy and Maria are both excellent massage therapists who will listen to your concerns and address your problems accordingly. Everyone at Serenity is professional and caring—you will love your experience here! Every massage I’ve had has been amazing and has certainly helped me to de-stress. I highly recommend Serenity!

Wow, what a bust this place turned out to be. My wife and I had been there under the previous ownership and had a very good experience. I had a tough time booking the appointment because no one answers the phone. When I finally got someone on the phone it was very difficult to understand them.I booked the appointment for a couples massage and was asked to call back the next day to confirm, which was a bit odd to me. I ended up playing phone tag for a few days and my appointment was finally confirmed. On the day of the appointment, one hour before, I received a call telling me that the massage therapist had a family emergency and I would have to book something for later in the week. My wife and I took the day off from work for the massages…what a big disappointment.
