I have a pretty bad back and I am always sore, so I am always looking for a great deep tissue massage to help with my pain. Elizabeth was the first light handed massage therapist… THAT WAS ABLE TO GET THE KNOTS OUT! Usually I leave unsatisfied if the massage therapist is light handed.. It is definitely a skill to be able to knock out knots and also make the experience relaxing.. I honestly didn’t even know it was possible! So she made it to my top massages and changed my whole experience. I always assumed it was normal to be sore after a deep massage and that it had to hurt so good to break up the knots I have.But she proved me wrong! The only bad thing is they only take cash tips, you can’t put it on the credit card. But setting up appointments online makes it so convenient and adds to the perks.

Awful customer service.We got a gift certificate for our daughter for Christmas, but with the pandemic we wanted a refund. They said they didn’t do cash refunds, I can understand if she wanted the cash, but I paid for it.
