This was one of the best massages I have ever received! My boyfriend and I went for the first time for his birthday and the service was excellent. The atmosphere is very tranquil and the rooms are very clean. Bethany was very accommodating to our needs and schedule. Bethany and Ramona were both very professional, took their time to understand our needs and did an amazing job. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great massage!

I’ve had about a handful of massages. I never ever felt comfortable getting naked or ever actually felt content and satisfied before. Till I came to Serenity Massage probably about a year ago before the pandemic. I made an online appointment and randomly chose a massage therapist. The waiting room was lullingly dimmed and smells phenomenal. Susan Dakin greeted me and had me sign some papers and asked me some questions. She was very knowledgeable. She brought me in a tranquilizing room with a warm cozy massage bed. The massage she gave was probably the best, the most incredible, and unforgettable massage I’ve ever had! I even had to tell her. I immediately felt like everyone I know deserves to get a massage therapy from her. I even tried to get a massage from someone else and it just wasn’t the same. She’s amazing! Gift certificates for everyone ! I can’t wait to come back!

I was really excited to get a massage, as I had never had one before. I arrived at the spa and sat down in an empty room, which I was assuming was the reception area. No one was in the room for at least 10 minutes or so. Finally a woman entered the room and went straight to the desk and did something on the computer and used her phone, not once acknowledging that I was there. I started to think I went in through the wrong door and maybe was sitting in this woman’s private office or something. After using the bathroom I returned to the room and this time another woman was there, Ashley. She gave me a warm greeting and after filling out the paperwork she led me to a massage room. The room was relaxing and I loved that the “bed” was warm. Overall it was kind of uncomfortable. I wish it had been more on the relaxing side. I was asked at the beginning of the massage about pressure, and stated that I didn’t want a lot of pressure. Ashley was informative, explaining the process and was also very nice. The spa was clean and beautiful but I doubt I’ll ever go back.
