I don’t even know where to start. It was an overall great experience and the atmosphere and energy there is unmatched. I booked with Kelsey and she did such an amazing job. She created a welcoming peaceful environment which i am very likely to return to. Amazing experience with Franki, I usually visit the Medford location but this location had a sale so I came here. Franki was super kind and very welcoming. She took her time and explained everything she was doing, it’s a different experience when you can tell someone really enjoys what they do. The spa side is a whole vibe so relaxing and everything is dim with candles. I was completely relaxed and would recommend her 100% I am super bummed to hear she will be leaving next month because I wanted to book with her again.

Alicia is the best! I’ve never colored my hair before and she helped me go from my natural dark brown hair to an icy platinum! I love the look it’s amazing! She is extremely diligent about making sure your hair stays healthy during treatments which was really important to me. She also does a great cut; I have a very particular way I like my pixie cut and she was spot on the very first time. Five stars!

Everyone is so nice, the stylists are amazing, every time I get a cut or color it comes out beautiful. The space is beautiful and relaxing, and you leave feeling like a million bucks. I’ve never been impressed enough with a stylist to make sure I return to them; but now Alison is my go to. Give them a chance, you won’t regret it!
