They have been very willing to deal with my very curly, out if control hair for the last nine years. They are always very friendly & very nice! Even though they switched locations, it’s only down the street & still in Arbutus. I moved a half hour away but still go back because of the friendly service & the confidence they have in what they are doing.

Horrible experience….horrible haircut…i was in the chair for 5 hours …just for a cut and highlights. One side of my hair was 1.5 inches shorter than the other side and my hair looked fried. When I called them to have it fixed…they wanted me to wait 5 days before they could fit me in. Poor customer service. “sweetie” that’s how they ended the call…..ugh…so mad
