I am obsessed with this place. Cheapest massage in DC. Very no thrills Chinese acupressure massage- you leave your clothes on and they use target acupuncture points. Their English isn’t great but I speak Chinese and can tell you that they know what they’re doing- the lady I always get there is a retired doctor from China and really understands the body. She can tell you some issues you may be having and give health advice just based on giving you a reflexology massage. Very impressive.

I can’t say I’ll be back to Serenity, between their utter confusion about my appointment (which could be ClassPass’ fault) and the fact that my masseuse insisted on staying in the room while I got undressed. The massage itself wasn’t what I expected, which may have been on me, and also didn’t feel effective. All that being said it’s a cost effective option for a massage in whatever form that may take.

I walked in around 7pm on a Thursday and they saw me right away. She didn’t have me undress which I thought was odd. This place isn’t fancy but I just wanted a decent massage. Unfortunately I thought it was very lackluster and seemed like she just wanted to get out of there. It is super cheap tho only $60 for an hour full body massage.

I’ve been going here for monthly massages for about five years and I’m never disappointed. It’s not a fancy place they don’t use nice smelling oil’s but they will get your muscles to relax and your spine to align. And it’s the cheapest massage pricewise in the city!

This is a very no frills Chinese massage parlor. It’s nothing fancy and the gentlemen who work there speak very little English so don’t expect much from the instructions you may give them. That said, they are exceptionally nice and friendly and provide quite amazing, professional acupressure style massages. Both times I went, I felt really great leaving.

Excellent food. Cool atmosphere. Bartenders are some of the best in the city. My favorite meal is the Salmon Sandwich. But everything is good here. Also have some nice entertainment. Matt the other night was mind blowing would return to see him for sure.
