Positive: Professionalism, QualityI come in looking a hot mess and leave looking like a movie star. Caroline asks what I would like to have done, LISTENS, gives input or suggestions if asked, and I always leave satisfied and smiling. 5-6 weeks later at my next appointment, she doesn’t even bat an eyelash if I ask for the exact opposite of what I came in for previously. I always receive compliments on my cut/color/style, and have never even thought about going elsewhere.
