15 years ago Michele did my hair for my best friends wedding and I have been going to her ever since. Michele did my hair for my wedding and Nikki also did my bridal party. When she does my hair, I always walk out of there happy. She always gives me her honest opinion and points me in the right direction with what to do with my hair. If there are times that I can’t go to her I trust the other stylists to do my hair as well. Everyone there treats you like family. I recently moved to New Jersey and I still travel to Serenity to get my hair done.

I love Serenity Hair Studio and I would never go anywhere else! I go to Nikki and she is the BEST! I’ve been going there for about 5 years now and they are professional and the new salon is beautiful! All of these woman work really hard and want to make sure when you leave the salon that you are happy! Stephanie is also great, I went to her once when Nikki wasn’t available and she did a great job. I would trust any of them to do my hair.its like a big family atmosphere and I’m so happy to have such a great salon to go to!

This hair salon has the nicest, most courteous staff. I have been coming here for years and they have never disappointed. I would never go anywhere else! The employees treat you like family and always satisfy your needs. They work extremely hard to make sure when you walk out of the salon you are more than happy. Michele has been doing my hair for 16 years and she is the absolute best! All the staff is absolutely amazing and I love this salon!

Since moving to Staten Island, Serenity is the only salon I’ve entrusted my hair to! Nikki is simply the best and knows what I want before I even do! Jaime is also very talented and has worked highlighting wonders on my hair! Samantha is my go to gal for makeup… no one does it better! She recently did my aunt’s makeup for my cousin’s wedding and everyone commented how beautiful she looked!

The reviews at the bottom I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT. This salon has the greatest employees. Everyone who works here is sweet, nice, understanding AND great at what they do. Michelle doesn’t need anyone’s help, you my friend down there need to learn respect… Karissa, Nikki, Stephanie, Jamie and Michelle have all been doing my hair for 15 years. Sam who does make up is incredible. She also offers many other great services.The prices here are the lowest out of all these other salons. My opinion is that all salons on Staten Island are very over rated, this group of girls knows what they are doing. I recommend Serenity to all my friends, family, and colleagues.
