Critical: Quality, ValueSadly I was butchered. Thursday 8/5 my daughter and I saw rachel! I was scheduled for a full balayage, cut, & blowout. My daughter for a cut. Well let’s just say, I’m really starting to think rachel isn’t even licensed. Pictures added of the damage but I’m mortified. This ENTIRE experience ruined this luxury for me. while my hair was processing rachel was cutting my daughters hair. She cut & curled to style. We loved it when it was styled and after seeing what ray charles did my hair I combed my babies hair through and it seemed to be fine but it was still curcled so kinda hard to tell. Anyways we wash it and it is a COMPLETE HORRIBLE MESS!!!!!!!! I’m so beside myself and lost for words that we trust this highly recommended salon and now we’re having to deal with weeks maybe even months of having to let this mess grow out so it can be properly fixed. ☹️ im so disgusted!!!!! So the day after crying myself to sleep I went back to the salon to have the salon owner Kendall fix my hair as best as she could. (8/6) The cut was so screwed up that I knew time and letting it grow out would be the main factor in this!!!! The salon owner did make it more comfortable for me to wear it in a pony for the next couple of weeks. But I NEED MY FULL REFUND BACK!!! This is absolutely horrible and no one should have to deal with going through this!!! I paid $181 to have my daughter & I hair BUTCHERED!!!!!!! Please do not make the same mistake I did by trusting anyone to touch your hair ESPECIALLY NOT RACHEL B!!!!! I’ve requested my refund!! Sadly I was butchered. Thursday 8/5 my daughter and I saw rachel! I was scheduled for a full balayage, cut, & blowout. My daughter for a cut. Despite 2 confirmation texts, including one just 2 hours before my scheduled appointment, I received a text 30 minutes before the appointment saying they were running so far behind that I would need to reschedule for another day. I would have come an hour later if asked, but I was simply told I couldn’t be seen that day. I wish I could speak to the quality of actual service, but since my appointment was cancelled I can’t. The appointment was for a mother-daughter spa day and my daughter was very disappointed to cancel at the 11th hour.I had a similar experience as another customer. Despite 2 confirmation texts, including one just 2 hours before my scheduled appointment, I received a text 30 minutes before the appointment saying they were running so far behind that I would need to reschedule for another day.
