So I got my dates mixed up and went in a week early and they were so accommodating and fit me in. Washed my hair and then braided it all under 45mins. Not once did I feel rushed while she was doing this. But loved the feel and everyone was so nice. Very comfy and relaxing atmosphere and I loved the music that was playing and even sang along with my stylist.

Been going here for a few years. My first stylist left for another salon so I have tried Tyler and Maria. Both are amazing. Today I needed to get in short notice and got Doris. She was nice but the experience was lacking, she seemed like she didn’t care too much which is upsetting. Honestly, I am not happy with the haircut either. She asked if I had a picture of what I wanted after I said, “please just shorten it up.” She missed a few spots too. I will be returning in a couple weeks for a fix but I will be going to someone else.

I went from faded magenta/purple highlights to this amazing autumn color scheme that was naturally subtle for my new job. I went in for my appointment (I’ll be nice enough to not say my stylist’s name). She looks through my hair and says there is nothing she can do for me. No color remover, no hi-lights or color. She INSISTS that anything she does will turn my hair orange. I go to Salon 35 and the hair stylist, April, completely helps me achieve the burgundy red hair I’m looking for in a few appointments. Very disappointed in Serenity Salon. Very unprofessional. Would NOT recommend this salon to a friend.

Amazing staff and such a refreshing place. Went to get my nails done and Christine was amazing. She was just great. My nails look beautiful thanks to her. Loved the ambience of the place too. Going back soon to see about a hair cut too. You can’t go wrong stopping in at Serenity!

Robin is phenomenal! I went in with an idea and told her to run with it! I’m glad i trusted her to do her thing, i couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!!
