I went here a few times and had a great experience every time with Carly. I always either get a trim and/or highlights. Nothing extreme. One time I was due yet again for a hair cut and partial highlights. Unfortunately, Carly was unavailable and away for awhile. I didn’t want to wait for her to return because I had an event scheduled, and I figured someone else who works there would be fine. So, I agreed to schedule with a different person. Big mistake. The entire time the lady thought it would be ok to bash other clients behind their backs to me. She rushed through my hair, and nearly forgot to place a towel around my neck for the highlights. While combing and blow drying my hair, she was so rough! My head was literally hurting and she was rushing the whole time. She repeatedly made rude comments about others, and even towards me. She said to me, “I don’t know why you think you are due for highlights but I guess I’ll slap some dye on you.” I truly don’t know why I continued to sit there suffering through it. When it was finally over, I really did not want to pay because it was such awful service and I had a horrible time. But not wanting to be a “Karen” or cause a scene, I paid but I never went back again. It’s a shame because Carly did do a good job and she was always nice, but that lady truly ruined the whole place for me. I’m just not interested in going there anymore after that experience and I have since found someone else.

I walked into Serenity Hair Salon this afternoon to get my 6 ye olds haircut for his kindergarten graduation tmrw morning. The secretary (who was sitting there flipping through a magazine) asked the 2 hair dressers that were eating if they wanted to cut a little boys hair and they both said no right in front of us! So what are you doing there if you don’t want to do your job???? I will not be going there ever again! My mother is also a regular there and I will make sure she doesn’t return! Sooo rude and unprofessional!

I love the positive atmosphere, welcoming environment, and community of this salon. All of the workers make sure their clients feel comfortable and satisfied with their service. They always have smiles on their faces to brighten your day, and have you feeling confident when you leave the salon. I have experimented with highlights, colors, layers, and hairstyles. KC has always done a fantastic job. KC always ensures if I do not like how my hair looks when I get home to make an appointment to come back. The salon provides affordable and efficient services, including waxing too. I highly recommend this salon!

I’m new to the area and tried Serenity Salon since it was close to my home. I’m so glad I did!! Everyone was very nice from the moment I walked in the door. Bri colored & cut my hair but first took the time to understand what my needs are currently & in the future; both very important. I was told she was a “miracle worker” and she didn’t disappoint. You won’t go wrong coming here!!

Serenity hair Solon is the best Solon I’ve been to yet the owner is very nice and it is a smooth comfortable atmosphere. It’s so hard these days for men to find a good place to get there hair cut but serenity does it all. If you’re looking for a new hair spot this is your place you won’t regret it they put care and compassion into there work and actually care about how you’re doing as well. Would recommend for all ages. Keep up the good work girls.
