I am from Bridgeport which is a bigger city then the Hartford/west Hartford area I have been to Tiffany 3 times and have never been disappointed. She not only cares for the style but cares for your hair. My natural hair is down my shoulders and the silk press was amazing best one I have ever got. And I recently got bundled since it’s summer and it’s amazing it looks absolutely natural and no heat damage to my natural hair. I recommend you check her out she is very gentle with your hair and always asks you exactly what you want and her prices are very fair compared to these others mediocre places. I choose her as my stylist for my natural hair & bundles check her out if your in the area.

Tiffany was wonderful! I walked in needing my hair done for a wedding in this hot Summer. I was apprehensive going to a salon since my last experience with another stylist ended with heat damage. She was extremely gentle and understanding. The style I came in for didn’t exactly go as planned because my wig was too small but she was FLEXIBLE and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I left with something that looked good and would last for how long I needed it to. Super grateful for her can do attitude and professionalism. Thank you so much!

I like to read most of the reviews before trying out any place, so in reading the reviews I decided to try out Serenity. Some of the reviews stated that she was off-putting, well I definitely did see that she was. And she is very unorganized and unprofessional. I say this because #1 I had a 930AM appointment and I was on time with my baby out in the cold because she was late, #2 when I booked the appointment 3 weeks ago I asked her if I would be her 1st appointment because I would have my baby with me and I didn’t want to impact her other client’s experience. With that being said she took two other people before me and at that time it was 10AM. #3 My son was sleeping so it would have been sensible to get the client that was “scheduled at 930AM ” and had a calm, sleeping child in and out after all I was getting a basic service and I brought my own rollers just in case he made too much noise then I would be able to leave in a breeze. Long story short my experience was blah and it really put a damper on my day. Thank God for alternatives! And no I am not going back and forth with the owner just in case you do reply simply because this is an honest review!

Tiffany is very passionate about her clients and the health of their hair. About 3 years ago I started going to this salon, and my hair was thinning real bad in the top of my head. She recommended some growth serum oil from her shop, and my hair has been thriving and growing ever since. This is hands down the best shop I’ve been to in CT. I have been to several shops where you are stuck there for hours wasting a whole day because the stylist has overbooked. That is not the case at Serenity Hair you are done in a timely manner, and can go about your day. I recommend this salon.

Tiffany, the owner was absolutely wonderful. She was on time, very professional and went beyond what I initially asked her to do to make sure my style came out even better than I’d hoped for. I had a silk press ponytail done on really short natural hair, she slayed and my hair laid. There was no heat damage to my hair, my curls are back and I’m still very happy with her services!
