I have no idea who the lady is referring to in the negative above. I just returned from getting my hair done at Serenity. What a wonderful experience! Melanie ( yes she’s Asian) did a high-light and a cut of my hair. She did a fantastic job, and I’ve gotten many compliments! While there I even got a Pedicure! I WILL BE a returning customer. I was taken on time, and never had to wait for anything. I was offered many times if I’d like a beverage or water. And I witnessed other customers coming in, and they were taken right away and walked out pleased.

The owner over grinded the **** out of my nails to remove my acrylic. He didn’t soak them because he had a reservation coming in 30 minutes So he rushed and as a consequence i was in pain for weeks after, also my niece got the color changing mail polish and it did not change color… i will not be back.

Excellent service. Lots of pedicure choices. Jelly pedicure is a lot of fun. Coke, water, wine available during your pedicure for no extra cost. Everyone so friendly, environment so relaxing. Great spot!

I went for a pedicure and they charged me for services that they did not tell me was extra… all nail salons let you if something is extra .. they charged me 10.00 extra because i had gel polish on my toes and they used a grinder to take off the gel polish… so make sure you ask if something is extra… it was me and my mom nobody told her it was extra either.. they just added 10.00 on the tip
